so I have been getting mad about my headlamps yellowing. I have been polishing the heck out of them and decided to replace them with some ebay ones. I have been thinking about eye lids too. Since I will replace the current set I have I figured it wouldnt hurt. Also I recently found on here about the LOWES lip( cheap but it works). Well I will let the rest of the pics tell the rest. BTW I was suppose to be packing for the up coming move to Fort Carson but I couldnt wait. Also this is still a work in progess. I think I should move the lip closer to the front. What do you think guys?

your G is a lil cross-eyed and needs lip implants....

I think the lip looks really sick but you should extend it like how hybrid DET has it..

And the eye lids look a lil dull and lopsided...if you can somehow get them to blend into the hood more and symmertrically, I think it would look perfect. But nontheless, big thumbs up for trying something new.

yea the eye lid on the left side needs to be wider?

oh and it looks dull for now because I haven't clear coated it yet, still working on the shape of it all. You know its a work in progress.

once I get it all done I will take lots of pictures, of course...........

 

Can't say I've ever been a fan of eyelids, but the lip looks cool.

 

Lip looks good, eyelids would look a lot better if they were trimmed slightly

 

love the eyelids! have been looking at gettin a set as well but have only found coupe ones...and yes..trim the eyelids a bit to look slimmer gives it an 07 look..

 

I thought about doing the lip, in the end, decided against it. Mostly because the way it goes up in the middle. If it were flat accross the bottom, I think it would look better..

I like the eyelids, but they need to be trimmed a little.

eBay headlights... LOVE THEM, I did the same thing. I was tired of polishing mine every month and they still didn't look great. So I bought the eBay headlights... and PERFECT. I'll never go back to the polishing crap.

Just to nit pick but if you added a different color to the fogs, it would be off the hizzy.

 

Is there a CF eyelid for the sedan?

Im not a fan of the eye lids dont really care for the lines between the lid and the hood, plus it depends on the car color also they look good with black paint

 

Eye lids look good on the coupe but not the sedan. Just my $.02
