I want to remove the rear Infiniti symbol from my sedan ('05). I read that there is a post on the back of the emblem that goes through a hole in the trunk lid. Do I need to remove a screw or anything from the backside of the logo emblem or is it only stuck on by 3m sticky stuff? Thanks.

 

nope, just double sided tape.

heat it and use some fishing line behind it.

 

there is a post on the back of the emblem. Only the coupes don't have holes...
