slight differential whine at 75mph (120km)

slight differential whine at 75mph (120km)

hi, does anybody get this besides me there is sometimes a slight differential whine i hear in the back right when i hit 75mph or (120km/h) it comes on but it goes away mostly when i speed up a little or slow down a bit sometimes i don't hear it at all at that speed, is this normal, i changed my diff fluid not too long ago my car has 80k miles or 130kms on it

I get a really horrible whine from the right side of the car every time I drive over 75MPH, but I know exactly what it is - my wife telling me to slow down.

Im glad i don't have that sensor. If i did, it would be off all the time.

I tried covering it with duct tape, it only muffled the whine. It was still there.

It must be the early models. Try replacing the sensor with an aftermarket one.
