03 5AT Stillen Engine Torque Damper help!!

So i'm following the directions and located the 3 holes on the frame rail, but only the small one is threaded, and the other two are simply holes with no ways for a bolt to go through. The instructions said there suppose to be some type of stock brackets down there, but I dont' have anything down there. Am I not seeing things correctly or is there some voodoo magic needed?

yes, it came with the bracket, but out of the 3 holes, only 1 is threaded on the frame rail. how in the world would you get the other 2 bolts to secure the bracket when there isn't any thread in the frame rail holes?

you have to take off the oem bracket under the power steering reservoir.
