Help me out w/ the part number or what this

is called so I can get a new one ordered. I parked over a curb a few months back and this plastic undercarriage has just kinda been hanging, after zip tying back to my bumper a few times I am gettin sick of doing that every month..so, I ripped it off. Here is a pic...

Also, estimated cost? Thanks for the help guys.

my car is missing that too. i heard from a friend that without that shield, water can hit the alternator and will promote faster burnouts. (as in the alternator burning out, not your tires). im hoping that i can get lucky ina junk yard and find one. if i were you, i would just get super strength wire ties though.
