Anyone using the Black Bra?

Re: Anyone using the Black Bra?
Most of the black bras I have seen eventually rub the paint off of most cars ... Not all over just in certain places. I had one on an old Maxima I purchased. The owner put it on there to cover up damage to the grill. (it was actually in the trunk when I purchased the Max). I ended up putting the bra back on, because it rubbed the paint off a couple of spots on the fender and the hood. I would not put one on a new car ...

I've heard that if you wash the bra frequently and keep it clean, dirt and sand won't accumulate and it won't ruin the paint.
Another option to consider would be the clear-film bras.
That being said, I'm not putting anything on the front of my car except a coat of wax.

Doesn't matter how clean they are. They tend to vibrate at speed with wind buffeting and will erode the paint. Most have to be removed whenever it gets wet as well. They are a real PITA and aren't worth your money IMO.
