Jdm Black Headlights G35 Sedan!

Hi, I was searching on the ebay for black headlights for 04 G35 Sedan, and found 2 types of headlights.
I got a Factory Xenon.
But the thing is, I dont understand when the guy said: "FOR HALOGEN TYPE ONLY, DOESN'T FIT FACTORY H.I.D"

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...spagenameZWDVW

and this one,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-04...spagenameZWDVW

It doesnt say nothing.

Can anyone help me with this?
please thanks !

basically....your xenon headlights will melt the reflectors, so you can only use it if you have halogen bulbs, not HID bulbs.

I wouldnt use it on the 2nd one either, even though it doesn't say anything.

no problem bro! If you dig that look and feeling ballsy, there is a DIY floating around taht G35papa did on his OEM headlights. Looks almost identical to that and you can keep your HID!

Melt the reflector? Is it because it would be so close in proximity? I know its not the heat because HID bulbs run quite a bit cooler than halogens.

or you could just buy those from ebay use the shroud and lens but that will require a lot of work and time on your hands. Not to mention the ***** to take your headlamps apart. I did mine and but I left some of it chrome. Hmmm too each his own. Oh by the way some of us replace the lens because our stock ones turn yellow or just fade. The only way to get around that is to polish it a lot or buy the ones from ebay. Granted you will have extra parts afterwards but it doesn't bother me.

So practically the guy tried to say that it wont fit If I have a Projector right?
I think I just have the reflector, NO PROJECTORS.

No he said the OEM xenon will not work with the aftermarket non-xenon reflectors.

Are you saying they make glass lenses? The ones on ebay are glass?

No but they seem to hold up better. Look at TTRANK or G35PAPAs car and you will see what I mean.
