Whenever I make a long right turn I hear this thumping noise coming from the front possible the driver side wheel well. I've checked underneath and it doesn't appear to be anything obvious. Any ideas?

 

Quite possibly compression rods – very common… mine were replaced under warranty – part numbers: 54468-AC70F and 54469-AC70F

Since you are an 03 I’m not sure they will warranty it… maybe a “good will” service if you have been a loyal customer.

i had mine done in the begining of June... riverside Infiniti took care of that. They even found out that my factory warranty ends August 19th... before my Carmax warranty kicks in!

 

you live in Anaheim, why do you go all the way to Riverside? Tustin has always been great for me.
