G35 '05 Pricing

What is a reasonable price for an infiniti certified '05 G Sedan base model with just the aero package? There is 35K on the ODO. Warranty good until '11' or 100K. Asking price is 20K Main purpose will be a daily driver.

Thanks in advance

I picked up an 06 Sedan with 28K on it for 19K three weeks ago. Still have all of the warranties, etc.

i dont think there is an aero package for the 05's just a front lip. I'm thinking of selling mine but doubt if i'll get any buyers. i'm looking to sell as is for like 24 still w/ warranty until 09.

dont let the dealerships try to rip you for 24k for base models though. i saw some that were listed as premium but were clearly base model from the pics trying to sell them for 24k. w/ around 30k miles or maybe more. i think you can clearly get them for 20k or 19k otd. maybe even less if you know how to haggle.

Picked up my 03 with 43k miles for $13,750. With Bose, Leather, Xenon and Moonroof. I'd say I got a petty sweet deal.

That's one helluva deal you got there. You could even turn it around and make some profit but I'm sure you're already addicted to the G

Sounds like you got a real good buy price.
Trade-in is probably $12k-$12,500 or so.

My budget was actually a bit higher (18k) but I couldn't pass up on the deal. I was originally going for a 02-03 330ci but when I found the G (the seller started off at $15,500) I knew the 330 wouldnt compare in power. I was actually pretty happy I went with a sedan because I spent three years driving a two seat coupe. The car was clean title too with full dealer records, just couldn't beat it. The mod bug has already hit (as it does with every car I own) so the G wont be going anywhere anytime soon.

Bought my 04 Sedan with Premium/Aero/Sport and 63K with zero deductible extended factory warranty until Nov 2010 / 100k

For $14,500 in November 2007!!!! 10 months ago!

p.s. That was a private sale so no sales tax
My buddy bought an 05 Sedan with 22k miles, Premium package in December '07 for $19.5k, again a private sale.

Since the new body style came out in 07' all of the first gens have lost major $. I have an 05' and although I thought I got a great deal it has lost major equity in the past year that I have owned it. How much is due to the so called recession and how much is due to the new body style gaining style points I'll never know, but you can now buy a maxed out optioned 05' for $16 - 18K.
