Where can I buy an oem chin lip spoiler on the interent for the best price?

Cant seem to find it anywhere.

do you know where i can buy a trunk lip spoiler? I cant excatly recall but there was an aftermarket company making nice trunk lip spoilers it was called ur? or utr? i dont know... help..? thanks
