hi guys,

the dealer recently gave me a free oil change. after some serious questioning, the service manager finally told me that they put valvoline oil in the car. it took three days to get them to send the invoice for the free service they provided (they also changed my rear break pads for free). I am quite suspicious of them, because i am also at the point where i need a 15k inspection. they never mentioned that it was time for that. Naturally, i forgot to have my tires rotated, when they did the break job and oil change.

does anyone out there know of a good mechanic for my warranteed vehicle in the new york/northern new jersey area.

Btw, Infiniti of manhattan gave me extremely poor service and tried to charge me for services they didn't perform.
