I've been there several times with much more than a spacer - so no, it shouldn’t be an issue... if for some strange reason they mention any of your mods just tell them that several forum member recommended them (if you search older threads, its true - many of us have referred Tustin as a mod friendly service dealer) - if they balk at that then they are shooting themselves in the foot and going to lose customer base.

I'm sure it will be fine.

Riverside seems to be more interested in connecting to the community - but its not always practical to drive to Riverside when you're in OC - so unless things have changed drastically, Tustin would be my recommendation.
