removing front bumper

cant find a thread.does anyone have a diy or steps u can tell me to take off my front bumper on an 05 sedan?im guessing grille gotta come out i can get that.do headlights too?thnks

But you also have to remove the tray underneath.

After the first time it is very easy. I have have removed the front bumper of sedans and coupes at least 100 times in the last three years.
