I mentioned that before but was shot down. I figured others would know more than I did. I don't see a SNOW button on the dash either.

No idea what the hole is for. I think it's ugly. Luckily, it doesn't stand out much on my Black X

I agree on how crazy some G35x prices are though. I've been seeing several of them in the Wisconson and Chicago area for $18-19k with nav. The dealers I've seen them at are buying several G's off lease and selling them like hotcakes.

Come to Massachusetts.

You won't touch an '05-06 X with NAV for under $20-22K unless it has rediculous miles on it. Trust me...i looked

I still would like to know why the designers felt they needed a hole there only on the AWD model though

The hole is there to help cool the FRONT differential. Thats why the RWD doesnt have the hole because it doesnt have a front differential.

Another dead giveaway that the seller mis-advertised this car is that it has the sport package (18in wheels) If you see a G with those rims it is a RWD model because you could not even get and X with the sport package for 05-06.

So spoiler, 18's, no snow button or hole in bumper = RWD G35

For those who are still looking around for g35, my recommendation is be patient. It took me 2 and half months to purchase my 06 g35 sedan w/ premium package for 16.5k w/29,xxx miles. At first the dealership laughed at me when i offered them 15.5k but couple months later the same dealership called and offered the same car for 17k. I said 16.5k and i be there right now.. And that is the story of my car..

yea i know what u mean here in georgia unless u go to atlanta witch im not near im in savannah g35s are crazy prices. i found a dealer that sells some nice luxury cars mostly and he has an 05 with the sport package with 29k miles and only wants 18900. much better than nissan dealers here that want 20k for a 04 base sedan with 98k miles on it. so i feel ur pain but im waiting till next year allmost to buy mine.

What about eBay? Lots of reputable dealers there, and prices are decent enough if you're comfortable with that buying process.
