lights are all good!

ok, so today my shifter bulb came in.. the p/r/n/d lights.. its one bulb the size of a tic tac at $12.. i lifted the area around the shifter and when i looked where the bulb went, there was no bulb at all in there. it wasnt that hard just one lil bulb.. no i have light!! lol. and my sidemarker bulbs were both out, not the fuse. just put my lil accomplishment out there =)

^ Congrats! And it's weird how there's no bulb under the shifter console (maybe the old bulb fell out from its socket?). G/L in replacing your side marker bulbs. Just follow the pictorials on bulb removal illustrated in your owner's manual, and you should be OK.

the sidemarkers are done too.. cheap ebay bulbs i put in my clear corners couldnt take the cold. =p

r u sure the bulb was $12?
i got mine for $2.50 shipped for two..!

those small bulbs are very fragile and like to slip out of the socket. I lifted up my shifter console a while ago to fix some creaking noises but while doing so I must have jolted the bulb. The bulb is a #74 but the base of the bulb seems to be slightly different between manufacturers. The first ones I bought, sylvania #74, the base was too short and would not wedge down far enough in the socket to make contact. I then purchased a philips #74 which had a better fit. They were only a couple bucks too.
