Not yet, sorry. I haven't had a lot of time to work on this. I've kind of adapted to the way things are working, although it still frustrates me. I think (based on another look at the whole system) that I may end up needing to add a THIRD position switch to the brake pedal, to allow the BCM to think everything is hunky dory. Time will tell. It's also been pretty cold here, so it's been hard to find the motivation to get out into the garage. Should be warm this weekend, so maybe I'll actually get something done.

I have thought about it. Don't wanna be a style biter, though. However, I don't know how I'll address the unused portion of the housing...maybe a red disco ball, or something. J/K, obviously.
