navi help

I'm sure someone as ask this question before. I did a serch and couldn't find a good answer. Here we go I'm buying a 06 sedan with navi but I also have a double din radio can both be put the double din doesn't have navi but does play dvds so I would to have both has anyone had both? Sorry for long ? Thanks

Thanks. Does that dd kit allow u to use both are do I have to take the bose system out and cut out room for the double din? Thanks

You DO take out the Bose sytem (head unit, at least) and A/C controls and you replace them with the DD kit (finisher and new a/c controls)...

And, they head unit and nav system are pretty much independent from each other. The only part where they interact is when the nav system mutes the radio for audible instructions. IIRC

Just get the dd finisher, a/c controls, and the wiring harness and you should be set.
