05 G35x

I purchased a used G35x. While making tight turns at slow speeds I noticed that there's just a little bit of tire scrub kind of sound in the back right wheel well. Is this inherent in the AWD system or is the diff potentially not operating correctly.. Thanks.

I have an 04x and have never heard that sound. Upload a sound clip of the "tire scrub" if you get a chance.

Has your car been aligned recently? Mine was horribly out of align when I bought it.

it is not your awd system if that was making noise you would hear a grinding sound that would make you bring it right to the shop could be a rotor or something to do with the brakes

I agree with gmacgs19, I had a noise coming out of my Maxima a few years ago and it turned out to be the backing plate for one of the front rotors. It just needed to be bent back into place and I never heard the sound again.
