Angry Inifiniti Warranty Question:Pertaining to Rear seat Bracket

Quick overview:

Took vehicle in for the typical rattles and creaks since I am still covered by the bumper to bumper warranty till next month. Compression rods needed to be replaced as well as the end links, the car now drives like new (27,000miles). I also complained about a terrible creaking noise in the rear seat area, and the dealer agreed to investigate. Long story short, Infinity will not cover the repair to the rear seat bracket since they claim it is an "adjustment" situation. I have never owned a car that needed seat adjustments...headlights, body panels, hood, trunk I understand but to label a potential safety issue (bolts were not torqued to spec) as an adjustment is ludicrous. Seats are integral to collision safety, let alone people with child seats in the back seat, this should be a concern. Has anyone else experienced this situation, and if so what was the outcome. The repair is not that much, I just have an issue with what Infiniti claims is an adjustment component.

For the record:
Infinity customer service was great and this decision came from above.
Bennett Infinity in Allentown Pa, highly recommended, great service.

i'd say get in there and adjust/tighten it yourself.

otherwise, it will be defined in the warranty, albeit vaguely sometimes.

compression rods sound like a creaking/squeaking rusty bed

Its just the bushings. They were revised.
