Just picked up an 05 G sedan and hearing a strange noise right after start?
Ok so I purchased a "certified" infiniti g35 sedan (2005 5at). It has 47k miles on it and runs great and rides great. I absolutely love it. There is one small thing though. And for me its not small because I'm insane about little noises. So basically every time i start the car after its been sitting for a while, once I start to take off (even if I'm easy on the throttle) there is a short sort of creaking noise (not exactly but thats the best i could do on a description) that seems to be coming from the engine bay or wheel well in the front drivers side. It only does it once and then is fine until it sits for a little while. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm taking the car back into them to tie up some loose ends tomorrow morning so any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Here you go:
Infiniti Certified Pre-Owned
FWIW I bought my '06 in December with 42k on the clock and had the option of getting CPO for another $800 as well but opted not to.

Once again this is why I love forums!
I'm a new G35 coupe owner myself (Supercharged no less), and as this is a used vehicle, and i've not had other cars make this sound - including all those previously with ABS - I was more than a little freaked out by this sound.
If possible can anyone elaborate on the mechanical process that is happening under the bonnet which makes this sound? Call me a tech nerd when it comes to my cars, but I'd honestly like to know
