Car stinks when cold

Hey guys, every since I've had my car it's had an awful smell when the engine is cold. You can smell it both inside and outside the car. As soon as I crank it in the mornings I have to back it out of the garage as soon as possible to keep from stinking the garage up. If its been outside then I have to drive it as soon as I crank it so it won't stink the car up inside. I'm bad about filling up at the station right down the road from here (shell station I think) and 95% of all the gas I get comes from there. I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem. I'm going to get gas from other places to try that, my 06 mustang gt got all its gas from there without a problem. I've read that some cars run rich (or is it lean?) when its cold to heat the engine faster for emissions. Just curious if maybe that is what i'm experiencing but its a sulfur type of smell. It's an 06 G35 with 49,000 miles. Thanks

Try a few tanks from a different gas station co. Some say gas might cause the bad sulfur smell.

Sulfer smell is also the sign of a failing catalytic converter.

Does this "weird smell" smell like eggs?
