I been reading couple posts about recirculate air button function in our g35 and i was wondering if it is possible to achieve recycled air w/ the ac? I read one the post and one the member indicated a faulty ac control unit.. is this true?

 

recycled air only works with the A/C on. If you choose recycled air it will automatically turn on the A/C. If you try and push the A/C button to turn it off, it will switch to outside air.

 

Yes. Recirculating air works w/ the ac.

 

Mine is the same way. Hit recycled air and the a/c kicks on. Switch it off and it reverts to exterior air.


I kinda would like to see it give us the option too. I turn my A/C off unless i really need it. I usually keep mine in AUTO mode with the a/c off and only turn it on if it's hot or i need the defogger function.

 

i think u can keep it in rec mode as long as u press the off button
