Questions on purchasing a G35

Hi! I am new to this forum, and very interested in purchasing a G35 sedan! I have been hearing from all kinds of magazines of how great the G35 is now, i have a chance to purchase a G35, so i have some questions want to ask. i hope u guys can help me on them!

I live in SoCal, and interested in a Fully loaded G35 (Auto), including the Nav and rear spoiler. how much should i expect to pay for it?
How is it when comparing to IS300 and Audi A4 1.8T?
I have also heard infiniti's customer service is pretty good. is it true?
are there anythings that i have to caution when purchasing a G35?

Thank You very much!

what year g35 are you considering to buy? you should take a look at the "TSB - technical bulletins" forum up above as it lists problems with some of the earlier models. i test drove the is300 before buying my car. i feel that you get more for the price with the G. good luck.

Re: Questions on purchasing a G35

great choice on your car!

i bought my car in april wanting to buy all the same options as you... but the dealer convinced me to pick up an 03.5 (thats the design without the rear handle trunk opener) for much cheaper.... the only thing is.. it didnt come with the NAV as they were out of cars with the option. anyhow, i ended up getting a great deal on the car still.. the 03.5 was built pretty later on and so most of TSB's didnt apply to me..

i ended up paying 32,600 out the door.. which is about 2000 under invoice... then again it was an 03.. soooo....

i think if you picked up an 03.5 you should be able to get an even better deal now, especially with the 05s coming out.. but an 04 should be pretty cheap too if you shop around and negotiate.. also, listen to g35girl.. go to a place with lots of competing dealers.. if you live in so cal.. you can get a pretty good deal

Re: Questions on purchasing a G35

I got mine for $300 over dealer invoice at Riverside Infiniti. You can find dealer invoice, including the options you want, at Edmunds.com. For a price, contact tim burgess in internet sales.

As regards to your customer service question. I've had a great experience so far!
