Euro Spolier Questions

I have a factory spolier on my 05 Sedan right now I want to put the Euro Spolier with LED on will it cover the holes from the factory spoiler? Also I couldn't find the Euro Spolier on Grubbs shoudl I just call?

I called to order min yesterday. Apparently there is a new version of it that isn't on the site yet. I say call them.
