Questions for 2006 rwd Sedans with HR y pipe

This is for 06 rwd owners (not 04, 05 or x owners) with the Y pipe from 07/08 350z/g370 HR engines. Did you guys have any fitment issues getting the y pipe to line up with oem mid pipe? Is the installation as easy as unbolt stock DE y pipe, replace old gaskets with new ones and install new HR y pipe?

Thanks,
Clint
