help for a first time buyer

Am looking into purchasing a used G35. Any suggestions for good questions to ask of the private seller or dealer?

If you're buying a used car, get the VIN and run a CarFax report (www.carfax.com). It's well worth the 20 bucks to avoid picking up a lemon or salvaged vehicle, among other nifty things it can find.

Edmunds.com's 10 Steps to Buying a Used Car is a good resource, too.

Hi,

Try to find a good dealer. IF you buy the automatic G35 you should be able to get it for 500 over invoice. Ask people in this forum about dealers, there are many dealers that really suck!

make sure you are getting 2003.5 model made after Oct 2002,
it may save you some headache because many people reported some problems from earlier model.
