Wow, I'm shocked they got them that tight without snaping the heads off.

I just use my little Snap-on drill with a 10mm bit to take mine on/off.

I changed out all of my bolts after the first oil change. Do-it Best Center + $6 = Stainless metric hardware with correct pitch.

I've done 3 oil changes since and they never even come close to seizing. Helps to have a cordless nut-driver too. Underpan is off in 45 seconds.
