Damn man, sorry to see this happen. The Gen 1 is louder than the Gen 2...too loud for my tastes.

Yeah, I'm trying to think positive in this non-positive situation. Definitely don't want a Gen 1 that was hacked up to be a Gen 2. If the guy doesn't cooperate, I have other resources to fall back on.

He "seems" like a decent guy, so I'll give him a chance to do what's right.

Completely Unbelievable. Seriously, there should be a mod in the marketing forums that is moderating it periodically throughout the day. I came from Acurazine.com and their mod system is excellent. I have learned alot throughout, and I wouldn't even mind to become a mod to help monitor.

- Should had given you tagged pictures with his name on it
- All information, including information should be exchanged.
- A agreement/contract written in Paypal, to open a dispute
- Proper pictures
- The list just goes on..
