Hi to all those who have been to or had a G35/350Z dyno day. I am working with a nice kid over on the my350z Forum to try and organize some dyno time (way too hard for what it entails lol) and I have a question:

He was told that these cars needs some kind of low resistance strap or something for when we dyno...does this make any sense???

Well they strap the car to the ground to keep it from flying into the showroom of the shop if that's what you are asking...at least they should do that.

They didn't have to do anything "special" when they dynoed my Z

 

You are kidding right....I know that...lol I have been to many a dyno day with my Mustang, but this was supposed to be something specific to our motors in our cars...

Does this sound legit to anyone or was this guy misinformed?

nope.. sounds like the security straps to me.
