Im looking to buy some black side markers for my 06 sedan and i can't find them anywhere...

I guess everyone just paints their clear ones?

If anyone has an extra pair... i'll take em off your hands.

 

Just buy a set of clear ones and use something like Nightshade to achieve a glossy blackout look. I'm not a big fan of dark corners in the first place, but whatever floats your boat.

 

I have a pair - never used... I also have a pair of DG body color barley used $50 each pair (separately) or $80 for both pair

 

I did mine with 5% tint looks great cost 12 dollars no problems in rain at all

You brought it to a tint place? over the clear ones or stock ones?

 

The ebay ones fogged up on me. I fixed it by drilling a tiny 1/16" drain hole where it wouldn't be seen to ventilate it.

Then i took them off and tossed them in the trash. They looked cheap to me.

 

the smoked ones are wrapped up in the garage (havent been used yet), I've been using the body color ones... I'll get them out tonight and take pics... in the mean time, here are the body color in case you are interested:

 

im more interested in the smoke/dark ones cuz it will match my black grill/tints/ and when i get my headlights blacked out

 

I'll try to get some pics of the smoked ones tonight... I have old pics of similar side markers, but they are a bit darker than the new ones I had done... I'll email the pics to you when I have a chance to take them

also what brand are they... i dont wanna buy something that's cheap and fogs up like one of the ebay pairs

 

Nothing on my car is crap... the smoked side markers are brand new OEM...

here's the info - I am copying a PM I sent to someone else inquiring:

They are OEM clears from Riverside Infiniti painted smoked by Auto Explosion… I bough two sets – had one set smoked (never installed) and one set body color (has been on car for a few months)… I am going a different direction so don’t need side markers at all anymore… the only pics I have are older smoked (attached) – one got busted, that’s why I ordered a new set – the current (new) ones are a shade lighter – If you are interested I’ll try to take some pics of them in the next few days – they are wrapped up in my garage somewhere… new, the clears alone are about $30 +tax & shipping plus whatever your shop would charge to smoke them (not likely to be less than $25 and likely more)… I am selling for $50 per set or $80 for both sets plus shipping. The fitment is perfect (they are OEM)… the paint is perfect – Auto Explosion has done my front bumper, molded trunk lip, painted sides, custom tail lights – they also do all of rookies FX work as well as many other So Cal local, you can look up various Gs on this forum for the quality of their work.
