I have used something similar. Got it from Wal-Mart for $8. The one I got uses some type of solution from the pad then you spray the headlights in water and go to town. Typically follow it up with 3m plastic polish. I do it about every 2-3 months with great results.

A bottle of meguiar's plastx and a little elbow grease will take care of your yellowed headlights.

PlastX + wax applicator pad + elbow grease = same result for about same cost.


I did mine 3-4 months ago and they still look good. I apply 2-3 coats of wax afterwards.
