Clock Light
The light bulb in my G35 is burnt. Did you find out how to replace it?
Can we just pull out the oval shaped clock and temp. control plastic panel?
Regards.

Go to the dealership. It should be covered under warranty.

What if your warranty is expired already? Does anyone know how much it is to replace the clock or the bulb at the dealership?

I'd also like to know if any of the other Infiniti clocks fit. The G35 version is basicly a waste of space!

There is a TSB about the readaiblity of 03 G35 clocks.
If you have the very very thin hands on the clock, you have the old one. They will replace it with a new model that has thicker hands

I tried it out about a year ago. I35 hands suck. Can't see anything.

But the clock fits. Just take the I35 clock out of its casing into the g35 one.

DONE

Looks pretty cool though. I might do this while I'm changing out my stereo system. Might look good with my willow interior.

Where can we get the I-30 Clock? I am sure the dealership would want an arm and a leg for it.

I'm not sure why you guys want the I30 clock. The white face looks nice but it still has the thin arms. Since you guys mention I30, that means it's a 3.0VQ powered version. Which was last made in 2001. But I30s were made from I believe 1997/8 - 1999. (Old version) and then with a new bodystyle from 2000-2001. Then for your additional information, 2002-2003/4 with the 3.5VQ

I don't care about the thin arms, I think it would look good with the titanium trim.

I recently replaced the bulbs in my clock. It was my fault that they burnt, so I know how much they are. You can see in the previous picture what they look like. They are called "sockets", and they are about $15 a piece. Pretty much a ripoff, but nothing else will fit in there. You can replace them yourself easily.
