have gotten nothing but compliments with them, unlike the comments above
Proper cleaning and polishing of the b pillars helps a lot in keeping them from looking ragged.

But seriously, if you painted a yellow skunk stripe down the middle of the car, you'll get nothing but compliments from the right crowd.

+1

You'll hear the compliments, but nobody every tells you when it looks bad. So you might think 100 people like Mod X, but you would never hear the 500 people who think it looks awful.

Aren't there chrome versions of those pillars?? There is a silver 05/06 near me that has them in chrome and it doesn't look too bad. At least it matches the rest of the window chrome

If these panel are real carbon fiber(not vinyl), they will look great on silver car and will cover door pillar rust. I used similar panels until my doors got replaced. They may look out of place on beige or green car.
Regarding remarks in this thread-ignore them. There's still no consensus on what gas/oil/lowering springs/drain plug are the "best" after 7 years of G35 on the market.

Saying these are good for covering up flawed panels, is like saying fake vinyl bullet holes are great for covering up minor chips in your paint.

unless you're buying a Burtman Industries product, you're buying crap.

well my B pillars looked ragged, and these covered them up quite nicely.

as for getting compliments from the right crowd, the crowd I hang out with are my friends, so they're right enough for me
