Yes...say you have a 19x9 + 20 and if you get the same wheel with a 19x9.5 + 20 you'll be more aggressive by 6 or 7mm I think, I cant quite recall the amount.

if you add an inch with the same offset, you add .5 to each side ( inner and outer).

so your offsets dont change, your wheels sticks out more by .5 in and out.

1 inch =25.4 mm, so pretty much, your car will stick ou 12.7 mm if you go from 9.5 to 10.5, while keeping the same offset.
