if you don’t need anything fancy there are plenty of reasonably priced hotel/motels in the general area of the meet... you are better off trying to fly into Long Beach airport (I know Jet Blue flys there not sure what other carriers)... its REAL close to the meet, quick & easy to get in & out of and a cheap taxi ride to area hotel or meet… LAX is kinda far and traffic to/from sux.

Let me know if you need help finding a cheap hotel (in case you don’t find a roomie). As for a ride – its gonna be hard for those at the photoshoot… but maybe someone can help you out.

The earliest arrival time i can find is 11:54am and the price jumps about $100.

But if its pretty close, i could probably swing that. Grab a cab to the place or whatever lol.

Saturday morning Unless i can find a good deal fora Friday flight but then i'd have to take a day off classes.

I thought you said your flight was already booked thats why I asked if it was Fri or Sat - because its not likely you are going to find someone to pick you up at the airport after 11:00 on Sat - thats when the meet starts.

And nope. I have a flight picked, but i think i might go into Long Beach and catch a cab. The LAX flight lands earlier, but then i have to get a cab from there, which would probably be expensive.

It would be. You are lucky to make it from LAX down there in 30 minutes with perfect traffic. That would be an expensive cab ride.

My wife has been very cool with all the time I have spent on my car in the last few weeks too. As long as I make sure and spend lots of time with the kids and some time with her she is ok.
Been doing almost all of it myself to keep costs down. Still have a long, long way to go and only a few weeks left.
