Ive seen a couple pics on here of cars with an emblemless grill. So i was wondering how many g owners have them on their cars.

I just finished putting clearcoat on mine. It was the most annoying thing Ive ever done in my life and it still didn't come out perfect.

So Im gonna post some pics later or mayb tomorrow and i was wondering if people can post pics of their emblemless grills on their cars.

 

Is this just for sedans? there's a ton of coupes with emblemless grilles and now Ionic is selling them I believe.

From the guy (along with bigc) that brought you the Emblemless grill DIY.

I've rocked 3 versions of the emblemless grill:

1. My first emblemless grill. Middle slits removed, painted metallic silver.



2. My daily driver grill - Slit added in the middle section (thanks bigc!), painted metallic silver.



3. The grill I use for shows and large meets. Every other column of slits were removed. The remaining ones had the fronts trimmed down. Middle section cleaned up (over how it used to be in #1). Lighter color silver to match my wheels. Thanks to caskyline!

 

Post up some larger pics, I've been so curious what one looks like in black on LS. I've been thinking of painting one of mine black.

Get another set of headlights if you do the black grille and we can black them out

IMHO, the silver or stock color looks way better than the black. I just don't think black accents go with our paint. Case in point, your black corners. Not feeling them at all.

Not ******* on you rimlas at all, if you like it coolio!! Just not my thing.
