Does 6mt sedan come with sport tuned suspention without the sport Package?

The 6MT automatically includes both Leather Interior, and the Sport Package, which consists of (per '04 factory brochure) "Sport tuned springs and shock absorbers, 5-spoke 17-inch aluminum alloy wheels, 215/55R17 W-rated summer performance tires, and additional titanium-tinted interior trim".
