the door arm rests

that plastic silver piece on the door arm rest. Does that come off? I just painted my dash dark metallic gray. So in the sun it sparkles and looks pretty good. the paint job pretty much looks factory. If someone came in and dint know a g35 they would never tell that was a spray paint job. But anyways now the door arm rest piece is still silver and i want to paint those to match

so how do those come off??

Yes, look at the bottom lower part of the strip and you'll see a groove for a flat head screw driver, stick it in there and twist, it should pop right off.
