Well I was hoping to post the news of my purchase of a Silver/Graphite 6MT last week. But as luck would have it someone has lost my car.

I've been working with this dealer for about 3 weeks now, and I have to say that they have really gone out of there way to get me a Silver/Graph with a 6MT. They finally found one last Saturday in a dealership in Chicago about 6 hours from my house, I live in St. Louis. They did a dealer trade and got the car and arranged for it to be shipped here. It left on Thursday on a carrier with a few other cars and as of 6:00PM yesterday hadn’t arrived at my dealer. I did mention that it’s only a 6 hour drive between the 2 dealership didn't I? The dealership has called the transport company repeatedly and they now say they haven’t had any contact with their driver, which they say isn’t all that unusual. I really hope it got dropped off last night or today and it’s just waiting for me to pick up, but I’m not holding my breath.

So if anyone sees my car on the road or in your local chop shop could you just let me know please?

Haha.. I left myself open for that one.

10 minutes till the dealer opens... then the phone calls start again.

 

Well after 4 long days in transit I finally have my car! I picked it up last night and I'm very happy with it so far.

 

Cool, glad it came in! I "lost" a Mustang GT in transit in 2000, they had a helluva time locating it!
