I've had my G35X for almost 4 months now. I'm sure it has the premium C package, memory seats, sun roof ect. The rear seats have a soft material between the seat top and the rear deck so it looks like the seat can tilt back. My problem is that I can't find the levers! I look where the owner's manual seems to indicate but I can't find them. Where are they?

 

They are in the seat down by the seat belts. Go sit in the drivers side back seat. Look down to your right where the bottom of the seat meets the rear of the seat. There is a small lever there. I found it in mine by mistake. They are inboard of where you would sit on either side.
