i want to remove the red plastic lines from the housing after work today, i haven't looked at the housing yet, anyone who has done this care to chime in and let me know if i have to bake it to get it apart or if i can just unscrew it? thanks!

 

Remove housing, remove bulb, long needle nose pliers, pull like hell.

 

I used my fingers not pliers I didn't want to risk scratching the lense.

I cut my hand open bad, but I was successful. So I win.

It's very easy to take out, just remove the trunk line and it's held on with 2 bolts. I think it's an 8mm. But I'm not certain. Then once those are off they just just pop out the top then just twist the bulb and it will slide out. Maybe you should consider, replacing the bulbs with some Leds or something?
