I did most of a G35 sedan about 2 years ago. Ran out of time and classes to take before it was done. Still do modeling in Cadd and SolidWorks though

When i did it i placed drawings of the car in 3dimensional views, ie, front on front of cube, side on left side, rear on back, top on top and then used split lines to get the shapes. I didn't have my car yet so i was working on a Veyron when i changed my mind. My teacher did a really cool Veyron hood though, its a hard peice to make...

very nice

I wish I knew how to use SketchUp. I have so many ideas I want to put on the paper.

Anyone wants to do some sketching for me?

^Download that model. Each part on the car is a separate mesh. Including the front bumper.
