Timer on headlights?

My 2003.5 sedan doesn't have the auto on/off headlights but I know if I leave the headlights on they will turn off automatically some time after the car is off and then turn on again once I start the car. Does anyone know how long this usually takes?

OP is regarding the "non-auto" lights...

It seems non-auto is 5 minutes...

Are the guys that are posting 1 minute "auto headlights"?

It's in the owners manual.

With the light selector in AUTO (if equipped) - 45 seconds

If you leave the parking lights or the headlights on in either the AUTO and NON-AUTO cars, they shut in 5 minutes

I get an annoying chime if I leave the lights on non-auto.
