It's raining hard here in So Cal and I drove through a flooded street. After arriving home, I noticed that when I set the car in Park, there some kind of squealing noise coming from a belt or something. Yes, some water did get into the bay from flood, but not much. Is it a wet belt?

 

Yup

 

Let it sit and dry out. Noise will prob go away on it's own.
