hi im goingto install rear springs tommorow. im just not sure what side of the spring goes up or down. they have the dots so if anyone can tell me if those dots are on the top or bottom. thanks and sorry for the dumb question

 

If I remember correctly, the dots are on the bottom.

Typically there is a flatter, tighter side of the spring, that side goes up.

The spring all the way to the left is in the "up" position.

 

Here's the orientation of the dots on the stock sport springs. Just swapped them out last weekend. The bottom of the spring is extra dirty where spring perch fills up with road grime and grit. That helped jog my memory.

 

Just keep an eye out how they came off and put back same way. There will be impression in the rubber mounts
