Zinging Noise

I was driving the other day and noticed that 2nd and 3rd make a zing noise when shifting anybody can help me with that

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods

Never heard of a zing noise.

Ok then, I have A 04 g35 x sedan 5auto and when it changes from 2nd to 3rd it's a ringing type noise the olmy way I can discribe it is a zing or ring, I guess I could be a raddle
