Just wondering.. how many 6mt sedans were produced each year? They seem so rare, its almost impossible finding one.

I spent 2 months looking, A month after I got my car I looked for fun, and found one

 

i found a couple 05-06 ones when i was looking. picked up the one that was certified and the cheapest price.

I've looked before, but as far as i've found, production numbers aren't published...at least to the public domain.

From what dealers have told me, 6MT's were low production, however mostr enthusiast drivers tend to favor manuals...so of course a good chunk of guys on a forum would own them. I think a while back someone did a auto/6-spd poll and it was split 50/50 on the forum. Out on the real world though, most sedans i come across are auto...in fact, 95% where are live are AWD

 

I got one; took me a few months to come across mine. There were very few on the market, and before I got mine they were either over priced or in a condition that I didn't find it acceptable; I was close to getting something else.

I got mine almost 9 months ago; honestly, in the Toronto market which isn't small, there have been probably less than 10 new private listings on the market for the 6mt sedan since I got mine.

I talked to multiple infiniti salesmen, who told me 1% of the G35 sedans were manual!! I dont know if i believe that, but either way don't stop looking, youll find one

We had to order ours. When we went to buy one in October of 2004 there were NO 6MT sedans in ALL OF TEXAS. There was ONE in Louisiana and the dealer wouldn't let it go. So we ordered and waited.... waited.... till we took posession on Groundhog day of 2005. It was worth it.
