What "ebay" spoiler are we talking about here? I searched "M3 lip spoiler G35 sedan" and got two results. $5.99 and $6.99.. and not one useful pic..

^Thanks, much better results now.. Although I'm weary of some of these, their description looks like something you would find on Engrish.com.. I think I'm just gonna hold out and do what OCG35 did with the custom molded lip and fender flares and have my pinstripe removed all at once.
