I'm pretty sure you can't buy the emblem by itself. You'd have better luck buying an extra fob off of ebay and programing it to your car and keep your current emblem-less fob as an extra backup. Or just swap the emblem if you're to lazy to reprogram.

Sometimes dealers will do it for free, just ask how much would it cost to have it done and if they give you a price then say thanks and leave. Otherwise if they're bored they'll say, "Oh phfft, I can do it for free". At least that's the way it went down with my Lincoln.
I haven't looked into programing fobs for these cars, but sometimes its just a series of key turns and door lock & unlocks then pressing a button on the fob then its programmed.
Though I'm sure its a little more involving considering its an i-key.

Mine is the same way. The emblem is falling off. My other fob is brand new, but i don't want to use it because i want it to stay new! lol
SO i guess i'll live with the 1 remote being a little funky. Nobody see it anyway but me

As far as programming goes, surely there are instructions floating out there somewhere.

Here you go, seems easy enough. Looks like you don't have to have the dealer do it which is good...

These procedures to program a key fob reminds me of entering cheat codes on the first nintendo

This procedure seems more simple than some of the others I've seen... Some are like, turn key to acc and off 3 times, unlock your door, lock it, unlock it, open door, shut it, open window, climb out of window, open trunk, unlock front door to house, kick your cat, shut the trunk, check the mail, press unlock on your FOB, open rear passenger door, close it... you get the idea... lol

So with an i-key can you just buy a new fob and reuse your key? I'm guessing the key and the fob are not tied together by some code, but who knows. I would rather do this than have to get a new key cut.

Considering they're selling preowned remotes with new uncut keys on ebay, I'd have to say they're not tied.

Nope. I've left my key in the house far away and have been able to start and drive the car with the fob part only.
