Some guy painted their skirts EM not too long ago with the Paintchip stuff and they looked great. He used whatever clear coat they offer, they looked pro from the photos though.

I think they offer a few different clear coats on that site. The 'catalyzed clearcoat' is the one with the hardener added so I'm guessing it would give the best result. The other one has no description, but comes with the basecoat and looks to be cheaper. It may be the same thing though, who knows.

paintscratch.com won't ship rattle cans to Canada. Bleah. I can probably find someone locally who will can some D10 for me, should I decide I need some.

Wayne, there's a company in Toronto that sells it. I think I told you that? But I haven't been able to get a hold of them, I either get put on hold or they don't respond to emails.

For all that effort, I'd just remove them and take them down to a shop. Probably charge you like $60-100 if they're already off the car.

I haven't started yet. Waiting on the paint and warmer temps on a day I have off.

In for updates.
I may want to play around with stuff like the engine cover. If that turns out good, I might do some other stuff.

Also. My Dad has a spray gun and compressor, and he's done some paint work in the past. So where's the best place to get regualr automotive paint? (I would need IP three stage)

There's a shop near me that mixes paint for lots of body shops. Its called Premier Paint in 44095. No idea if they ship or not. Good prices though and they sell dupont chromabase which is top of the line paint.
